Methodology and technology for creating of the multi-purposed information environment T-System based on the digital library with flexible full-text search

Abstract: We describe hereby the methodology and technology for creating of the multi-purposed information environment ‘T System’ based on the extension of the digital library T-Libra. The environment is destined for the integration of resources and services, which a typical for digital library with flexible full-text search, virtual museum, digital archive, research laboratory and educational server. The methodological basis this sort of extension is a hybrid two-level ontology based on interaction of functional systems (top level), concepts library and thesauri library (lower level). The technological basis of extension is an administrative division, which has tools for flexible set-up of T-System’s, as well as an unified search system includes the mechanisms of nonlinear cascade inquiries, which of that generate a relevant functional systems and combine the results of full-text search, related thesauri and concepts, text metadata and non-text objects of different modalities (graphics, sound, video etc.). The above-mentioned environment is designed in three-tier architecture (Web-browser / Web-server + Application server / DB server) with using of special indexing system for increase of search effectiveness, as well as of external logic which is built-up in Application Server.

The SAO RAS archive system. Maintenance and upgrading

Abstract: The observatory archive system includes a digital data storage and a search information system (SIS) with a dynamic web-based interface and http data access. To date, the system includes 16 digital collections of observational data (local archives), obtained on different instruments, operating or working on the telescopes. The earliest data refer to the end of 1994. There are currently actively replenished 6 local archives. The data storage includes a temporary storage area, located on a file server of the 6-m telescope (BTA), and the area of permanent storage. Permanent storage area includes CD / DVD-discs, a hard disk of the dedicated archive server and also a large capacity flash disk. For data protection during emergency situations or I/O defects of disks, we provide two full copies of the CD / DVD disks and two copies of the archive data on the hard disk of the archive server. One copy (A0) repeats optical discs, the other (A1), with the slightly modified directory structure, actually used by the SIS. D igital media devices and read-write data drives can not be attributed to long-term storage devices. For long-term storage of digital data it is necessary to provide rewriting of information every 5-10 years on a new type of media. Archive copies A0 and A1 are also supported for this procedure of rewriting. Archival data (A1) is repeated on a flash disk with the addition of a dump of tables and programs. There is the system backup for restoring after an emergency on the server. To ensure the modernization of the SIS, we support the two schemes of the database - test and operational. All our developments take place in the test database schema. When modifying the scheme after its checking the SIS switched to an updated version of the database. The original copy of the A0 and the availability of test database scheme allow to modernize the SIS, even at the level of the tables. Currently, the SIS implemented on DBMS PostgreSQL 8.3.7.

Intelligent Multimodal Neural Network Monitoring Service for the Surveillance Area

Abstract:

The article presents an approach to the development of an intelligent multimodal monitoring service for the surveillance area using large neural network models. The proposed solution is capable of analyzing heterogeneous data – video streams, environmental sensor signals (temperature, humidity, etc.), and event logs – to obtain a complete picture of what is happening. The main tools used are large language and visual models (for example, LLaMA, MiniCPM‑V, etc.) deployed locally using the Ollama platform, which provides autonomous and secure information processing without the need to transfer data to the cloud. A prototype system has been developed that works offline and is capable of detecting critical situations, abnormal deviations from the norm and contextually significant events in the observed area. The method of forming test scenarios and conducting a qualitative assessment of the model's performance using the metrics F1-measure, Precision, Recall on a set of various situations is described. The experimental results confirm the applicability of multimodal models for monitoring tasks: the prototype successfully recognizes complex patterns of behavior and demonstrates the potential of large models in building adaptive and scalable surveillance systems.

New Method of Description of Eddy-Covariance Ecologic Data

Abstract:

In this paper, the authors propose the foundations of an original theory of quasi-reproducible experiments (QRE) based on the testable hypothesis that there exists an essential correlation (memory) between successive measurements. Based on this hypothesis, which the authors define for brevity as the verified partial correlation principle (VPCP), it can be proved that there exists a universal fitting function (UFF) for quasi-reproducible (QR) measurements. In other words, there is some common platform or "bridge" on which, figuratively speaking, a true theory (claiming to describe data from first principles or verifiable models) and an experiment offering this theory for verification measured data, maximally "cleaned" from the influence of uncontrollable factors and apparatus/software function, meet. Actually, the proposed theory gives a potential researcher the method of purification of initial data and finally suggests the curve that periodic and cleaned from a set of uncontrollable factors. The final curve corresponds to an ideal experiment.


The proposed theory has been tested on eddy covariance ecologic data related to the content of CH4, CO2 and water vapors of H2O in the local atmosphere where the corresponding detectors for measuring of the desired gases content are located.


For these tested eddy covariance data associated with the presence in atmosphere two gases CH4, CO2 and H2O vapors there is no simple hypothesis containing a minimal number of the fitting parameters, and, therefore, the fitting function that follows from this theory can serve as the only and reliable quantitative description of this kind of data belonging to the tested complex system. We should note also that the final fitting function removed from uncontrollable factors becomes pure periodic and corresponds to an ideal experiment. Applications of this theory to practical applications, the place of this theory among other alternative approaches, (especially touching the professional interests of ecologists) and its further development are discussed in the paper.


The paper examines the phenomenon of joint creativity of several authors, and provides examples from various fields of activity. The main attention is paid to information technologies: inventions made at the end of the 20th century are analyzed. Their authors are pairs of outstanding specialists who combined the talents of a programmer and a manager. They determined the further development of the IT industry and radically changed the quality of mankind’s way of life. The stories of the emergence of famous computers, operating systems, the World Wide Web, and network navigation tools are briefly described.

Comparison of Client-Server Solutions in the Development of Massively Multiplayer Online Games on Unity

Abstract:

This paper presents a critique of the traditional approach used to create a multiplayer game in the Unity real-time interactive application development system, especially in the case of a large number of concurrent users. As a hypothesis, an alternative option, which is not common, but which solves many of the problems of the previous approach, is proposed. Two client-server solutions have been compared for developing multiplayer online games in Unity, and the advantages of both approaches have been described for different cases. A game development architecture using a more up-to-date method is proposed: instead of the Mirror library, a standard toolkit for Unity development, microservices written in Golang are used. We present solid proofs of the preference of the alternative approach, the main advantage of which is the support of modern architecture providing high-speed communication between microservices, supported tests on messaging on different platforms.


The test results confirm the hypothesis put forth, and we can conclude that the Unity bundle with Golang is more effective for multiplayer video games.


The article also contains basic methods for debugging multi-threaded application in Golang bundled with Unity game development system and suggests a technological method that allows to get a fast way of data transfer between the client and the server.

Automatic and Semi-Automatic Methods for Domain Knowledge-Graph Construction and Ontology Expansion

Abstract:

We present a combined pipeline for knowledge-graph construction and ontology expansion. The approach builds a BIO-tagged corpus via fully automatic LLM-based pseudo-annotation and introduces dedicated UNK reserve categories to capture previously unseen classes and relations. A specialized NER/RE model is trained on a 3-million-token dataset with 92 labels. The model exhibits a conservative quality profile – high precision with moderate recall – suited for safe graph enrichment: integrating the extracted facts expands the graph to ~0.98 million triples, while the expansion ratio (total inferred facts to explicit triples) increases from 2.65 to 3.52, with logical consistency preserved. UNK label pools are converted into stable synsets, enabling semiautomatic ontology expansion; 12 new classes derived from unstructured texts were added. We also demonstrate practical value for querying and analytics using an LLM + SPARQL setup.

Museum of the History of Kazan University and the Kazan University Nikolay Lobachevskii Scientific Library Experience in Cooperation in 2017–2019 Years

Abstract: The Museum is located in the heart of the main building of KFU. This room has changed its purpose many times: after the October revolution it was used as a gym, in wartime it was a hostel for evacuated employees of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR, later it served as a reading room of the Scientific library. Lobachevsky. The opening of the Museum was dedicated to the 175th anniversary of Kazan state University in 1979. The Museum is dedicated to the two-century history of the emergence, formation and development of Kazan University – from Imperial to Federal. The main section of the exhibition tells about scientific schools, outstanding researchers and discoveries that brought the Kazan University and its scientists worldwide fame. Much attention is paid to the famous students and graduates of the University: statesmen, scientists, culture, literature and art, sports. Among them, S. T. Aksakov, N. And. Lobachevsky, I. M. Simonov, A. M. Butlerov, L. N. Tolstoy, V. I. Ulyanov-Lenin, E. K. Zavoisky, A. E. Arbuzov, and others. The exhibition shows the role of advanced scientists and democratically minded Kazan students in the social and political life of Russia XIX-early XX centuries.in each section of the exhibition you can see the relics of the past and the present, which witnessed many events in the history of the University and the country. In addition to the main exhibition, the Museum includes a memorial complex: the Imperial hall and lecture hall of the faculty of law with the interior of the late XIX – early XX centuries, where as a students listened to lectures L. Tolstoy, V. Ulyanov and others.The report is devoted to the areas of cooperation between the Museum of History of Kazan University and the KFU Nikolay Lobachevsky Scientific Library in 2017-2019 years such as exhibition, cultural and educational activities to preserve and promote the university’s heritage.

Банк данных должен представлять конечному пользователю возможность удаленного ввода, просмотра, модификации и обработки материалов наблюдений/исследований, манипулирования корпоративными картографическими данными с представлением параметрических сведений о геообъекте в виде HTML-документов /графиков/ таблиц/, производить прикладные тематические вычисления с созданием ситуационных карт.
Реализация проекта ориентирована на технологию Microsoft (SQL_Server, Internet Information Server, Visual Studio,) и технологию ESRI Mapobjects специализированной обработки электронных карт-схем масштаба 1:7500000. Abstract: This work is devoted to the description of the project of updating the technology of algorithmic language application created in the USSR in the 60s of the XX century by V. F. Turchin. The language was originally intended for various logical transformations primarily of text material. In practice, the scope was wider: machine translation, optimization and compilation of programs, proof of theorems, modeling of complex electronic circuits, solving a number of problems of artificial intelligence. The language now has a sufficient number of followers, mainly in scientific circles.The objective of the described project is to create a product that allows the use of Refal in modern mass applications and to expand the range of its potential users to the entire Internet. A survey of the community of users and developers of Refal was conducted in order to get an idea of the current state of Affairs, current implementations and ways of language development. Possible means of project implementation were considered. No information was received on similar developments under way.

Comparative Analysis of Libraries for Human Pose Detection in Mobile Device Environments

Abstract:

Human Pose Estimation (HPE) has become one of the most relevant topics in computer vision research. This technology can be applied in various fields such as video surveillance, medical care, and sports motion analysis. Due to the increasing demand for HPE, many libraries for this technology have been developed in the last 20 years. Since 2017, many HPE algorithms based on skeletal model have been published and packaged into libraries for easy use by researchers.


These libraries are important for researchers who want to integrate them into real-world applications for video surveillance, medical care, and sports motion analysis.


This paper investigates the strengths and weaknesses of four popular HPE advanced human pose recognition libraries that can run on mobile devices: Lightweight OpenPose, PoseNet, MoveNet, and Blase Pose.

Intelligent Chemist Robot: Towards an Autonomous Laboratory

Abstract:

This paper describes a hardware and software platform that enables automated chemical syntheses, including the preparation, heating, and mixing of reaction mixtures, as well as post-synthesis dilution sampling and sending for high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis, followed by automated processing of the results. A custom Python library, ChemBot, was developed to control individual robotic devices, and a client web server was created to manage the entire system. A web interface was created to view the system status and the progress of syntheses. The performance of the entire platform for performing experiments was tested by performing aldol condensation syntheses, where the ratio of reagents, the catalyst and its amount, the temperature and time of synthesis were varied. Writing custom code to monitor and control the entire system is an important step toward integrating the robotic system with artificial intelligence (AI), which will ultimately enable the transition to an autonomous laboratory, where target molecule prediction and synthesis, experimental execution and analysis, and, if necessary, refinement or modification of the model will be performed automatically, without the need for human intervention.

Preprint as the Material for an Overlay Journal

Abstract:

The Open access movement has a long history. In 2002 the Budapest Open access initiative was first announced. However, the problem of Open access has not yet been fully and definitively resolved. In 2018 The European Union has adopted Plan S, which calls for making Open access a reality by 2020. Plan S emphasizes the importance of self-archiving of articles and the role of Preprint’s archives (servers) for scientific results placement. It is noted that Preprint archives have a great potential for editorial and publishing innovations. Scientific journals with limited reader access that operate on a commercial basis do not give up their positions. But even here we see some progress. Journals have become less rigid in their policy towards preprints and post-prints.


More and more foreign scientists are becoming adherents of the "Fair open access" movement, which offers a new organizational solution. The journal must have a scientific organization or non-profit Foundation as a founder, that hires a group of executors to provide editorial and publishing services. Editors and publishers should not have their own commercial interests. The scientific journal should be funded from the general contribution of organizations.


The article considers a modern type of online scientific journal — the overlay journal. The cost of an issue of the overlay journal is so low that the journal can easily implements the "free for the author, free for the reader" scheme. The overlay journal is based on the public servers of preprints. The online overlay journal reviews the article received from the archive. If the article is accepted for publication, the article metadata is published on the journal website, and the full text of corrected article is re-archived. This way of working does not overload the archive functionality, but it allows to reduce the financial burden on the overlay journal.

About “Golden Race DB” Development (NoSQL DBMS) as an Alternative of “Google Firebase”

Abstract:

In this article, we have described expirience of the new NoSQL Database Management System (DBMS) development named as “GoldenRaceDB”. Also, we have described prerequisites that needed to create it in the context of the Russian software’s import problem. The new technology is realised as based on server environment Node.js. To understand this article, a reader should have expirience of server-side development by using one of high-level progrmming language (as minimum) or expirience of development custom DBMS. This technical solution is not open source, we have created it to solve our local tasks at our organization exactly, the technology birth place. But a reader can understand a general vector of creating custom resized DBMS by using other high-level programming language.

Проектирование информационных web-порталов в ИСИР

Abstract: В статье рассматривается методика проектирования информационных порталов, становление которой осуществляются в рамках технологии ИСИР. Методика основана на необходимости улучшения как методологического, так и технического обеспечения процесса проектирования и построения информационных систем. В статье рассматриваются исходные посылки, требования к технологии. Приводится обзор ряда распространенных средств автоматизированного построения информационных систем, дан их сравнительный анализ. Представлен принятый подход к решению задачи, сформулированы его основные методологические и архитектурные положения. Рассматриваются инструменты моделирования прикладного уровня и уровня представления. Описываются реализация инструментальной среды генерации средств представления информации, обеспечения взаимодействия с сервером приложений для платформы Microsoft .NET , включая Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2003 и Microsoft Content Management Server 2002.

Vit Quantization: CPU-Centric Analysis of the Trade-Off between Size and Speed

Abstract:

Using Vision Transformer (ViT) models in real medical practice – for example, in hospitals or diagnostic centers – is often difficult because doctors' work computers usually do not have powerful graphics processors (GPUs), and computing resources are limited. This work investigates a complete practical pipeline for model inference, aimed at reducing computational costs without significant loss of predictive performance.


The proposed approach combines several optimization techniques. First, knowledge distillation (KD) is used, where a compact student model learns to mimic the behavior of a larger, more accurate teacher model. Second, Exponential Moving Average (EMA) of the model weights is applied to stabilize training and improve generalization. Third, post-training INT8 quantization (PTQ) is explored to reduce model size and accelerate inference. Additionally, a simplified quantization-aware training variant (QAT-lite) is considered, where the effects of quantization are partially incorporated during fine-tuning.


Experiments are conducted on the ISIC dataset, which contains dermoscopic images of skin lesions. Model performance is evaluated using standard classification metrics, including accuracy, macro-averaged F1 score, and area under the ROC curve (ROC-AUC). CPU performance is also analyzed, including inference latency, throughput, memory consumption, and the final model size.


The results show that post-training INT8 quantization preserves performance close to the FP32 baseline while substantially reducing memory and computational requirements. In contrast, QAT-lite does not consistently provide reproducible improvements over PTQ.

Software and technologies for geoportal of ICM SB RAS

Abstract: Research on design and development of software and technological support for geo-portal of ICM SB RAS are discussed. Its main components and implementation details are presented. A number of problems are discussed in details, such as web-based metadata catalog, the logic of building applications based on web services geoportal. A list of implemented information systems, based on discussed technologies is presented. The authors were directly involved in the develop-ment and implementation of geoportal based projects. In developing the software many different software libraries and components were used. Web mapping user interface was created using a number of open source libraries. To create a server-side web application authors used GIS platforms MapGuide Open Source and Min-nesota Mapserver. GeoWebCache was another essential component of distributed web mapping ap-plications. By analyzing and summarizing the experience gained creating information systems, it should be noted that the use of geoportal-based solutions in this area, can dramatically improve the efficiency of software development and problems solving.

A Digital Platform for Integration and Analysis of Geophysical Monitoring Data from the Baikal Natural Zone

Abstract:

This paper presents a digital platform for complex monitoring data of dangerous geodynamic, engineering-geological and hydrogeological processes occurring in the region of intensive nature management of the central ecological zone of the Baikal natural territory (CEZ BNT). The platform is intended for integration and analysis of data coming from several polygons located within the CEZ BPT in order to assess the state of the geological environment and forecasting of hazardous processes manifestation.


The platform is built on a client-server architecture. Storage, processing and analysis of data is carried out on the server, which users can access via the Internet using a web browser. Several data filtering methods (linear frequency, Savitsky-Goley and others), various methods of spectral and wavelet analysis, multifractal and entropy analysis, and spatial data analysis are currently available. The digital platform has been tested on real data.

Experience of Implementation of the Protocol TLS 1.3 Verification

Abstract:

This paper presents the experience of verifying server implementations of the TLS cryptographic protocol version 1.3. TLS is a widely used cryptographic protocol designed to create secure data transmission channels and provides the necessary functionality for this: confidentiality of the transmitted data, data integrity, and authentication of the parties. The new version 1.3 of the TLS protocol was introduced in August 2018 and has a number of significant differences compared to the previous version 1.2. A number of TLS developers have already included support for the latest version in their implementations. These circumstances make it relevant to do research in the field of verification and security of the new TLS protocol implementations. We used a new test suite for verifying implementations of the TLS 1.3 for compliance with Internet specifications, developed on the basis of the RFC8446, using UniTESK technology and mutation testing methods. The current work is part of the TLS 1.3 protocol verification project and covers some of the additional functionality and optional protocol extensions. To test implementations for compliance with formal specifications, UniTESK technology is used, which provides testing automation tools based on the use of finite state machines. The states of the system under test define the states of the state machine, and the test effects are the transitions of this machine. When performing a transition, the specified impact is passed to the implementation under test, after which the implementation's reactions are recorded and a verdict is automatically made on the compliance of the observed behavior with the specification. Mutational testing methods are used to detect non-standard behavior of the system under test by transmitting incorrect data. Some changes are made to the protocol exchange flow created in accordance with the specification: either the values of the message fields formed on the basis of the developed protocol model are changed, or the order of messages in the exchange flow is changed. The protocol model allows one to make changes to the data flow at any stage of the network exchange, which allows the test scenario to pass through all the significant states of the protocol and in each such state to test the implementation in accordance with the specified program. So far, several implementations have been found to deviate from the specification. The presented approach has proven effective in several of our projects when testing network protocols, providing detection of various deviations from the specification and other errors.

Abstract:

Currently, Russian institutions are almost completely disconnected from Western information resources and services related to the publication of scientific journals. In such conditions, the task of replacing the departed services, reorientation to domestic scientific journals, Russian online library resources has become particularly actual. In the largest bibliographic database the eLibrary.ru, focused on Russian-language scientific publications, collected information about almost 15 thousand Russian-language journals. In the eLibrary.ru there is an analytical system "Russian Science Citation Index" that processes metadata of articles from more than 5 thousand Russian scientific journals. Is the eLibrary.ru ready to serve as a national bibliographic database? For what reason "white lists" of journals appear in Russian organizations?


The main problem of the RSCI is the quality of the constructed ratings of scientific journals. The methods of calculating ratings over the past years have caused certain criticisms. The paper provides an example of a rating of journals from the section "Mathematics" built in the RSCI. Journals that are little known among professional mathematicians were in the first positions. Serious deformations in the ratings of the eLibrary.ru undermine the confidence of scientists in the assessments of the credibility of Russian journals proposed by the eLibrary.ru. The reaction of some universities and scientific organizations is quite expected: organizations are beginning to introduce their own criteria for the success of the publication activities of employees associated with the publication of articles in journals from the so-called "white lists". The white list of journals is compiled, as a rule, by the expert councils of the organization specifically for each discipline and scientific direction. Scientometric indicators may be taken into account when compiling white lists, but they are not the primary criterion for the selection of journals. White lists can now become a reasonable addition to the ratings of bibliographic databases.

Mixed methods study of middle school mathematics teachers’ content knowledge in usa and russia using sequential nested design

Abstract: The sequential nested mixed methods study focused on comparative analysis of middle school mathematics teachers’ content knowledge in two countries. The study consisted of two stages: (1) quantitative study of teacher content knowledge; (2) qualitative study of teacher topic-specific content knowledge. The initial sample for the first stage included lower secondary mathematics teachers from the U.S. (grades 6–9, N=102) and Russia (grades 5–9, N=97). The Teacher Content Knowledge Survey (TCKS) was applied to assess teacher content knowledge based on the cognitive domains of Knowing, Applying, and Reasoning, as well as addressing the lower secondary mathematics topics of Number, Algebra, Geometry, Data and Chance. The second stage – an interpretive cross-case study – aimed at the examination of the U.S. and Russian teachers’ topic-specific knowledge on the division of fractions. For the second stage, N=16 teachers (8 – from the U.S., and 8 – from Russia) were selected for the study using non-probability purposive sampling technique based on teachers’ scores on the TCKS. Teachers were interviewed on the topic of fraction division using questions addressing their content and pedagogical content knowledge. The study revealed that there are explicit similarities and differences in teachers’ content knowledge as well as its cognitive types. The study results may inform the field on priorities placed on lower secondary mathematics teachers’ knowledge in the USA and Russia. It also suggests close comparison and learning about issues related to teacher knowledge in both countries with a potential focus on re-examining practices in teacher preparation and professional development.

Medical digital passport based on distributed ledger

Abstract:

The paper presents the implementation of the patient medical digital passport, using distributed ledger for storing encrypted electronic health records, patient and medic digital entities and accesses for data. A system for the secure distributed storage of highly sensitive confidential medical data is described.

Orchestration of Methods of Scientific Data Analysis in the Review Processes

Abstract:

This paper explores the problem of combining methods in the semantic analysis of scientific data and publications during review. At different stages of data processing in the SciLibRu system, various methods are used, a multi-level ontology is constructed, and a knowledge graph is populated, resulting in the formation of a new data structure distinct from the original. Each method individually serves its purpose in such a system, while their combined use leads to the emergence of new properties, which became the subject of this research. An example of an automatic peer review agent with explainable results is provided.

Abstract:

The work is devoted to the description of the process of developing a universal toolkit for generating synthetic data for training various neural networks. The approach used has shown its success and effectiveness in solving various problems, in particular, training a neural network to recognize shopping behavior inside stores through surveillance cameras and training a neural network for recognizing spaces with augmented reality devices without using auxiliary infrared cameras. Generalizing conclusions allow planning the further development of technologies for generating three-dimensional synthetic data.

About the license agreement for the work-for-hire publication

Abstract: In accordance with the Civil code of the Russian Federation, a research paper is the result of intellectual activity, which is provided with state protection. The author of the research paper owns the right of authorship, the right to a name and other non-property rights. If the paper is created within the framework of the authors' implementation of their official duties, the exclusive right to the paper belongs to the employer.
With the consent of the employer, the author concludes a license agreement with the publisher for the publication of the paper on the terms proposed by the publisher. Signing of the license agreement does not entail the transfer of the exclusive right to the publisher. Even if the employer has instructed the author to enter into a copyright agreement with the publisher under an exclusive license, the employer reserves the right to use the work, including the right to publish the work on its website.
The author (copyright holder) always retains the right to create derivative works. Often imposed by the publisher terms of the license agreement, limiting the author's right to create works on the basis of previously published articles, have no legal force.
The publication by the author of derivative works containing fragments of the author's previous paper should not be considered as a violation of publishing ethics. The term "self-plagiarism" is incorrect.
The Civil code of the Russian Federation establishes a simple (non-exclusive) license that allows several publishers to publish an article without its processing. The publication of article in several editions — this is one of the legal ways of realization of the rights of the author (copyright holder) on a wide publication of a work.

Framework for cloud-video monitoring via IP-cameras with easily accessible control for users

Abstract:

The article describes the main points of the process of creating a system that allows you to manage several cameras simultaneously while saving data on the server. The system has the ability to connect IP cameras and cameras on mobile devices, provide access to other users, and also allows you to watch video online. Hotspots in the architecture of the system have been identified and described. A separate Angular module was developed and design patterns were used. The interaction of the system with the user is described. The stages of further development of cloud video monitoring through ip-cameras with easily accessible control for the end-user are offered.
