654-680
Abstract:

Metadata of scientific publications are used to build catalogs, determine the citation of publications, and perform other tasks. Automation of metadata extraction from PDF files provides means to speed up the execution of the designated tasks, while the possibility of further use of the obtained data depends on the quality of extraction. Existing software solutions were analyzed, after which three of them were selected: GROBID, CERMINE, ScientificPdfParser. A procedure for comparing software solutions for recognizing texts of scientific publications by the quality of metadata extraction is proposed. Based on the procedure, an experiment was conducted to extract 4 types of metadata (title, abstract, publication date, author names). To compare software solutions, a dataset of 112,457 publications divided into 23 subject areas formed on the basis of Semantic Scholar data was used. An example of choosing an effective software solution for metadata extraction under the conditions of specified priorities for subject areas and types of metadata using a weighted sum is given. It was determined that for the given example CERMINE shows efficiency 10.5% higher than GROBID and 9.6% higher than ScientificPdfParser.

Multitrading Analytical System

Felix Osvaldovich Kasparinsky
796-945
Abstract:

The multitrading analytical system is designed for operational, tactical and strategic forecasting of price changes of various financial instruments in the Forex market using the Metatrader 5 computer Internet terminal. In the Analytical windows of the terminal, a functional distribution of 17 indicators of technical analysis is organized into Sections of Price, Oscillations, Trends and Control. When setting up complex indicators of Price Equilibrium Level, Oscillation Distribution, Trend Potential and Oscillation Group Trend, a technique is used to connect trend indicators to oscillator data. Complex indicators unmask the stages of formation of elementary price oscillations and their groups (packets of 4 oscillations, blocks of 2 packages and modules of 4 blocks), and help establish the location of pivot points of price channels. For synchronous analysis of operational, tactical and strategic trends in price changes of one financial instrument, the Analytical Display combines six Analytical windows with a sequential increase in the time scale of interval charts (timeframes) by 4 times. Regulations have been developed for multiscale marking, design and use of Andrews pitchforks for forecasting long-term trends. Operational and tactical forecasts are visualized using multi-scale trend arrows in the Zone of Actual Oscillations. A technique is proposed for combining the tools of fundamental and technical analysis to determine the probability of the onset and relative significance of fundamental events that are not contained in the economic calendar.

Keywords: multitrading, trading, forex, investment, technical analysis, fundamental analysis, indicator, trading signal, price channel, Andrews pitchfork, oscillation, package, block, module.

Inna Gennadevna Olgina
646-672
Abstract:

The relevance of the issues of the analysis of scientific publications is due to the fact that with the of Internet technologies, it became possible to collect data on the publication citation network. Meanwhile, the current approach to the analysis of scientific publications is based on bibliometric indicators that take into account only the number of citations. However, network analysis, which is mainly used in the study of social networks, is becoming increasingly widely used. The author has developed a methodology that allows for an effective analysis of scientific publications based on network analysis methods alternative to bibliometric methods. As criteria for evaluating scientific publications based on network analysis, relevant measures of the centrality of the citation network nodes are established: centrality by degree of connectivity; centrality by proximity to other nodes; centrality by mediation; centrality by authority; centrality by concentration. The author presented the experiment result that allows validating the developed methodology of network analysis of the scientific publications significance. Scientometric databases were used as primary sources of data on publications, which make it possible to track the citation of publications and identify relevant citation networks. The application of the proposed network analysis methodology contributes to the identification of important publications in the development of the scientific direction.

Rim Radikovich Gazizov, Makar Dmitrievich Belov
244-279
Abstract:

In this study, we present a method for creating a synthetic dataset using the MetaHuman framework to optimize the skinning of 3D models. The research focuses on improving the quality of skeletal deformation (skinning) by leveraging a diverse array of high-fidelity virtual human models. Using MetaHuman, we generated an extensive dataset comprising dozens of virtual characters with varied anthropometric fea-tures and precisely defined skinning weight parameters. This data was used to train an algorithm that optimizes the distribution of skinning weights between bones and the character mesh.

The proposed approach automates the weight rigging process, significantly reducing manual effort for riggers and increasing the accuracy of deformations during animation. Experimental results show that leveraging synthetic data reduces skinning errors and produces smoother character movements compared to traditional methods. The outcomes have direct applications in the video game, animation, virtual reality, and simulation industries, where rapid and high-quality rigging of numerous characters is required. The method can be integrated into existing graphics engines and development pipelines (such as Unreal Engine or Unity) as a plugin or tool, facilitating the adoption of this technology in practical projects.

Tactical Sorting of Managerial Tasks During Their Administration by Means of Priority, Specifications and Affiliations Labels

Felix Osvaldovich Kasparinsky
733-745
Abstract: The article analyzes the specifics of the functional programs for managing strategic, tactical and operational tasks. A technique for prefixing operational task names with tactical labels of Priorities, Specifications and Affiliations is proposed. Label abbreviations are formed in such a way as to ensure the correct prioritization when sorting tasks in alphabetical order. The quadrants of the D. Eisenhower Priorities matrix are indicated by two-letter marks: important urgently (IF – Important, Fast); important indefinitely (IS – Important, Slow); not important, but promptly (UF – Unimportant, Fast): neither important nor urgent (US – Unimportant, Slow). The labels of the Specifications matrix for the information environment (RA, RI, SA, SI) are composed of mutually exclusive properties of the availability of the Network (I – Internet and A – Autonomous) and the presence of reduced or special functionality (R – Reduced and S – Special). Labels of the transport specification (TA, TB, TC, TP) allow you to sort tasks that require moving (T – Translocation) on an airplane (A), a bus (B), a car (C) and on foot (P – Pedestrian), respectively. Three-letter marks of Affiliations (belonging to an individual or legal entity) are formed from the first letters of the name, middle name and last name or name of the laboratory, company, project. Tactical marks accelerate decision-making when forming a daily list of operational tasks.
Keywords: task, planning, management, priority, specification, affiliation, label, operational, tactical.
