Рассмотрены подходы к управлению рисками для таких сложных систем критической инфраструктуры, как система энергетики, и факторы, влияющие на уязвимость критической энергетической инфраструктуры в странах Европейского Союза.

Доктор экономических наук, старший научный сотрудник и руководитель рабочей группы по управлению рисками в Международном Институте Анализа Прикладных Систем, а также старший научный сотрудник и руководитель проектов в Швейцарской Политехнической Школе города Цюрих.
