Tatyana Alekseevna Polilova
43-64
Abstract:

The List of peer-reviewed scientific journals of the Higher Attestation Commission is gradually turning into a complex information system based on the normative documents of the Higher Attestation Commission, bibliometric data eLibrary.ru, decisions of the expert councils of the Higher Attestation Commission and working groups engaged in the analysis, ranking and categorization of the journals of the List. The Russian Scientific Journals (RSJ) database created by RIEP can become a system that serves the requests of different categories of users related to the topic of dissertation defense. So far, the RSJ has implemented the interface of a representative of the editorial board of the journal and the interface of a member of the expert council of the Higher Attestation Commission. It is desirable to include in the RSJ an open interface addressed to the degree applicant to verify compliance with the requirements of the Higher Attestation Commission for publications in journals from the List. With the established mutual exchange of data between RSJ and eLibrary.ru, the applicant's interface with the designated functionality can be organized in the eLibrary.ru user environment.

Keywords: scientific journal, information system, bibliographic database, HAC List, RSJ database, eLibrary.ru, the interface of the scientific degree applicant.

Abstract:

The work presents a digital platform for supercomputer modeling the problems of spraying the particles on substrates. The purpose of this work is to discuss the general architecture, technology stack and implementation features of the platform's user interface. The platform is based on web technologies for access and management of calculations, which allow implementing a user system for conducting a full cycle of a computational experiment, including the configuration of applied applications, their launch on remote computing resources, monitoring the completion of tasks, analysis and interactive visualization of results. User interaction with computing resources is implemented through the graphical interface that does not require the client computer to have any additional software, except actual version of a modern web browser. An important advantage of the platform is the ability to make large-scale computer research in a multi-user mode that is based on the natural principles of building client-server applications. The presented digital web platform was successfully tested on computing clusters of the KIAM RAS in solving a number of the topical mathematical problems of nanotechnology. Also, with its help, for the last 3 years, group training of MIPT students in modern information technologies has been carried out.

Keywords: supercomputer modeling, digital platform, web interface, gas-dynamic spraying of particles.

Application of the Douglas-Peucker Algorithm in Online Authentication of Remote Work Tools for Specialist Training in Higher Education Group of Scientific Specialties (UGSN) 10.00.00

Anton Grigorievich Uymin, Vladimir Sergeyevich Grekov
679-694
Abstract:

In today's world, digital technologies are penetrating all aspects of human activity, including education and labor. Since 2019, when, in response to global challenges, the world's educational systems have actively started to shift to distance learning, there has been an urgent need to develop and implement reliable identification and authentication technologies. These technologies are necessary to ensure the authenticity of work and protection from falsification of academic achievements, especially in the context of higher education in accordance with the group of specialties and directions (USGS) 10.00.00 - Information Security, where laboratory and practical work play a key role in the educational process.

The problem lies in the need to optimize the flow of incoming data, which, first, can affect the retraining of the neural network core of the recognition system, and second, impose excessive requirements on the network's bandwidth. To solve this problem, efficient preprocessing of gesture data is required to simplify their trajectories while preserving the key features of the gestures.

This article proposes the use of the Douglas–Peucker algorithm for preliminary processing of mouse gesture trajectory data. This algorithm significantly reduces the number of points in the trajectories, simplifying them while preserving the main shape of the gestures. The data with simplified trajectories are then used to train neural networks.

The experimental part of the work showed that the application of the Douglas–Peucker algorithm allows for a 60% reduction in the number of points in the trajectories, leading to an increase in gesture recognition accuracy from 70% to 82%. Such data simplification contributes to speeding up the neural networks' training process and improving their operational efficiency.

The study confirmed the effectiveness of using the Douglas–Peucker algorithm for preliminary data processing in mouse gesture recognition tasks. The article suggests directions for further research, including the optimization of the algorithm's parameters for different types of gestures and exploring the possibility of combining it with other machine learning methods. The obtained results can be applied to developing more intuitive and adaptive user interfaces.

Keywords: authentication, biometric identification, remote work, distance learning, Douglas–Peucker algorithm, data preprocessing, neural network, HID devices, mouse gesture trajectories, data optimization.

Abstract: Since 2015, microcomputers have appeared in the information environment, which are a compact system unit with minimal functionality without peripherals. The article published the results of the analysis of the use of 6 different microcomputers in various fields of activity. The purpose of the study is to determine the limiting factors affecting the efficiency of the targeted use of microcomputers. It has been established that for scientific and educational presentations, office and trading activities, it is currently advisable to use fanless microcomputers with a perforated case and an internal WiFi antenna, at least 4 GB of operational and 64 GB of permanent memory, and a microSD (TF) memory card slot, at least 128 GB, NTFS file system), Intel HD Graphics, USB3.0 and HDMI interfaces. Based on comparative experiments, methodological recommendations were created on optimizing the configuration of the hardware-software environment of microcomputers in stationary and mobile conditions. The problems of major updates to Windows 10, as well as the compatibility of Microsoft Store software and third-party manufacturers, are analyzed. It is recommended to specialize individual microcomputers for working with 32-bit applications; accounting and cryptographic programs; as well as conducting presentations with their video. Options for optimal configuration of the Start menu of the Windows 10 desktop are suggested. It is concluded that specialization in the hardware-software configuration of modern microcomputers allows you to increase the efficiency of using single devices and their paired systems in accordance with BYOD (Bring Your Own Device).

1015-1035
Abstract:

Growing climate instability is creating new challenges and risks for the resilience of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This article proposes a prototype architecture for a dynamic expert system comprising several key modules: a user interface, a knowledge base, a server application, and a dynamic data update module with real-time APIs. A distinctive feature of the system is the application of Z⁺-number calculus, implemented using the scikit-fuzzy library, which allows for accounting of graded confidence in evaluations. This approach provides more robust and adaptive risk assessments that are sensitive to changes in the quality of input data. Interactive visualization of the results is built upon OpenStreetMap. The system's methodology for self-adaptation of confidence measures based on historical data is described.

Keywords: Z-numbers, fuzzy logic, expert system, uncertainty, climate risks, small and medium enterprises, data visualization, decision making.

Svetlana Aleksandrovna Vlasova, Nikolay Evgenevich Kalenov
218-237
Abstract:

The article describes a typical object-oriented WEB-system designed for storing and providing various reference and statistical data on the scientific works of employees of an institution (group of institutions), developed by specialists of the JSCC RAS. The system contains information about publications of employees and reports made by them at scientific conferences, symposiums, and seminars. The system is focused on working with objects belonged to classes connected between each other, such as "author", "organization", "publication", "report", "event". The metadata profile of objects of each class includes attributes that are necessary to get detailed information about both an individual object of this class and a group of objects associated with the specified attribute values of objects of other classes. For example, you have to get a list of articles by employees of a given organization published articles in a given journal for a given period of time. A distinctive feature of the system is the introduced concept of "equivalent" objects. Such objects are "persons" corresponding to the same author with different spellings of the last name in the bibliographic descriptions of publications; organizations with different versions of names; articles which are published without changes in different languages. This article describes in detail the features of the system, its user interface, and provides examples of performing specific queries.

Determining the Thematic Proximity of Scientific Journals and Conferences Using Big Data Technologies

Alexander Sergeevich Kozitsin, Sergey Alexandrovich Afonin, Dmitiy Alekseevich Shachnev
514-525
Abstract: The number of scientific journals published in the world is very large. In this regard, it is necessary to create software tools that will allow analyzing thematic links of journals. The algorithm presented in this paper uses graphs of co-authorship for analyzing the thematic proximity of journals. It is insensitive to the language of the journal and can find similar journals in different languages. This task is difficult for algorithms based on the analysis of full-text information. Approbation of the algorithm was carried out in the scientometric system IAS ISTINA. Using a special interface, a user can select one interesting journal. Then the system will automatically generate a selection of journals that may be of interest to the user. In the future, the developed algorithm can be adapted to search for similar conferences, collections of publications and research projects. The use of such tools will increase the publication activity of young employees, increase the citation of articles and quoting between journals. In addition, the results of the algorithm for determining thematic proximity between journals, collections, conferences and research projects can be used to build rules in the ontology models for access control systems.

An Ontology-Based Approach for Distributed Multi-Agent Modeling of the Radio-Technical Systems

Andrey Olegovich Schiriy
1109-1125
Abstract:

he ontology-based approach to multi-agent modeling involves the implementation of a modeling system through the creation of ontologies. An example of a holistic implementation of an ontology-based approach to agent-based modeling is the IEEE 1516 Standard for Modeling and Simulation High Level Architecture. The work is devoted to a multi-agent modeling system designed for modeling complex radio engineering systems (especially radar systems), its relevance is due to the need to replace part of the field tests of radio engineering systems with simulation experiments. The motivation for switching to the IEEE 1516 standard for a "heavy" multi-agent modeling system, among other things, is to ensure scalability, openness and multiple reuse of the developed agent models, which is completely logical to do based on the existing well-developed and proven standard that establishes rules for the interaction of models and the development of software interfaces. The general principles of construction and architecture of the modeling system are given. The basic requirements for the main modeling agents, their role and place in the complex modeling system are shown, a special place among which is occupied by the simulator of the background-target environment. The possibility of combining two simulation schemes is also discussed: discrete-event and step-by-step. The fact is that the step-by-step scheme has advantages such as simplicity and clarity, it is convenient to model processing algorithms, components of radio engineering systems. However, it is impossible to implement true autonomy and asynchrony of agents in it. Combining two modeling schemes allows you to combine their advantages.

Keywords: multi-agent modeling, simulation, discrete event modeling, ontologies, radio-technical systems, over-the-horizon radars.

The Use of Thematic Analysis Methods in Scientometric Systems

Alexander Sergeevich Kozitsyn, Sergey Alexandrovich Afonin, Dmitry Alekseevich Shachnev
315-338
Abstract:

Modern scientometric systems and citation systems use various mechanisms of thematic search and thematic filtering of information. In most cases, a full-text approach is used for thematic analysis of articles and journals, which has a number of limitations. The use of algorithms based on graph analysis, both independently and in conjunction with full-text algorithms, eliminates these limitations and improves the completeness and accuracy of subject search. The algorithm developed by the authors and presented in this work uses the co-authorship graph to analyze the thematic proximity of journals. The algorithm is insensitive to the language of the journal and selects similar journals in different languages, which is difficult to implement for algorithms based on the analysis of full-text information. The algorithm was tested in the scientometric system IAS ISTINA. In the interface developed for these purposes, the user can select one journal that is close to him on the subject, and the system will automatically generate a selection of journals that may be of interest to the user both in terms of studying the materials available in them and in terms of publishing his own articles. In the future, the developed algorithm can be adapted to search for similar conferences, collections of publications and scientific projects. The presence of such a tool will increase the publication activity of young employees, increase the citation rate of articles and the citation rate between journals. The results of the algorithm for determining thematic proximity between journals, collections, conferences and scientific projects can also be used to build rules in models of differentiating access to data based on domain ontologies.

The SAO RAS archive system. Maintenance and upgrading

О.П. Желенкова, В.В. Витковский, Т.А. Пляскина
Abstract: The observatory archive system includes a digital data storage and a search information system (SIS) with a dynamic web-based interface and http data access. To date, the system includes 16 digital collections of observational data (local archives), obtained on different instruments, operating or working on the telescopes. The earliest data refer to the end of 1994. There are currently actively replenished 6 local archives. The data storage includes a temporary storage area, located on a file server of the 6-m telescope (BTA), and the area of permanent storage. Permanent storage area includes CD / DVD-discs, a hard disk of the dedicated archive server and also a large capacity flash disk. For data protection during emergency situations or I/O defects of disks, we provide two full copies of the CD / DVD disks and two copies of the archive data on the hard disk of the archive server. One copy (A0) repeats optical discs, the other (A1), with the slightly modified directory structure, actually used by the SIS. D igital media devices and read-write data drives can not be attributed to long-term storage devices. For long-term storage of digital data it is necessary to provide rewriting of information every 5-10 years on a new type of media. Archive copies A0 and A1 are also supported for this procedure of rewriting. Archival data (A1) is repeated on a flash disk with the addition of a dump of tables and programs. There is the system backup for restoring after an emergency on the server. To ensure the modernization of the SIS, we support the two schemes of the database - test and operational. All our developments take place in the test database schema. When modifying the scheme after its checking the SIS switched to an updated version of the database. The original copy of the A0 and the availability of test database scheme allow to modernize the SIS, even at the level of the tables. Currently, the SIS implemented on DBMS PostgreSQL 8.3.7.

Abstract: In this paper we describe an emotional human-machine interface as an anthropomorphic social agent which is able to comprehend emotions and react to emotional stimuli. We propose a neurobiologically inspired agent implementation that is based on mechanics of chemical and physiological processes within human brain. Implementation of model features simulation of neuromodulators such as dopamine, serotonin, and noradrenaline. Demonstration of emotions is achieved via combining aforementioned neuromodulators in different proportions. The Lȍvheim cube of emotions is used for this purpose. We also cover the topic of "uncanny valley" phenomenon. In conclusion of this paper we reached understanding of connection between mimics and motivation of individual. We have constructed realistic computation model which allows us to visualize agent's mimics in sync with his speech.
