Abstract:

The methodology of opening of the specialized electronic journal of Institute of professional development of energy industry is considered. Conditions of effective functioning of specialized journales are shown. Results of studying of activity of editions of competitors – other Institutes of professional development are presented. The target audience of the electronic scientific-practical magazine of Institute of professional development of energy industry, and also its features influencing this audience and its interest in the edition is analysed. Software products by means of which the electronic magazine is created are described.

Abstract: For the past seven to eight years the fundamental library of Herzen University has been a key link in the chain of building effective research activities of the university and its implementation in publications. the creation and development by the library of a software module that operates in the Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia was a new stage in this activity; this module allows real-time output of structured current and comparative data on scientometric indicators of university teachers and researchers. The program module was created on the basis of database interaction with the API of scientometric resources such as Russian Science Citation Index, Scopus and Web of Science with the goal of further processing and systematization of the data obtained. The authors pay special attention to the development prospects of the created complex and the possibilities of data integration, including the implemented earlier synchronization of information with the profiles of teachers on the university website.

Abstract:

The modern stage of higher education system development is related to the new educational model of specialists training based on the graduates’ competences for further professional and social activity within the conditions of rapidly socio-economic developing of modern society.

Methodological support of educational problems is not only a significant component of federal state educational standards of higher education and one of the important accreditation criteria but is a core element of the new educational model.

Abstract: The article briefly describes the changes in the main types of professional activity of future mathematics teachers, describes the experience of organizing research activities of future mathematics teachers at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Abstract: A system of criteria for evaluating the solution of problems from the subject area while training future teachers of mathematics is described. The criteria are formulated in terms of activities and are aimed at strengthening the professional component of the process of mastering mathematical disciplines. Using this system of forming criteria in the study of basic structures of calculus is proposed.

Abstract: Appearing in Russia of the new cluster of support universities changes their activity in the case of connection with different regional communities. In order to research the experience of support universities’ libraries the Omsk state technical university (OmSTU) scientific library had organized and hold the special webinar. In the preparatory stage the great analytical work had been done. The analysis of support universities libraries’ cites had been performed. It allowed to distinguish events, directed on the interaction with the regional audience. Synchronous studying of strategic universities’ documents allowed the analysis of the role of libraries in realization of universities’ development programms.The results of this work and the opinions, formed during the webinar, are described in this article. Authors also offer the decisions for an effective collaboration and experience exchange between the support universities’ libraries. Abstract:

In this paper one of the possible implementations of cooperative education models based on STAD (Student Teams-achievement Divisions) strategy of cooperative learning in LMS (Learning Management System) is described. The approaches of this learning methodology increase the level of teamwork skills, need in further professional activity, and their injection into LMS can help to automate and optimize some processes and open new opportunities for implementation of new instruments.
