The strategy of information retrieval in information retrieval systems and the assessment of the students’ competencies
The article is devoted to the consideration of information retrieval strategies in information retrieval systems (IRS). The preparatory stage of information retrieval is analyzed in detail, allocated simple and complex objects and aspects of search; the rule for dividing the request for subqueries is formulated. The role of logical operations for the construction of a search strategy is substantiated, the rules for designing and implementing search strategies in information retrieval systems are proposed. The results of the questioning of students are analyzed, and it’s possible to state that many of them are not ready to use logical operations correctly in the process of information retrieval in information retrieval systems.
Recommender system of text analytics of legal documents
The paper discusses the use of machine learning mechanisms, natural language analysis and intellectual search in the field of jurisprudence. The main expected results are the methodology for applying text-based analytics and semantic natural language processing (NLP) algorithms in knowledge management cases in different types of legal practice. The obtained results can be applied in the field of education and knowledge management in a wider context, since the study lies at the union of jurisprudence, mathematical and computer linguistics.
We describe a prototype of a multi-agent system of intellectual analysis of legal texts that is capable of identifying general dependencies on the existing database of legal documents, providing legal cases with similar topics, recommending the most likely outcomes of judicial review.Information system of payment accounting in the university
The experience of application of information technologies in the organization of accounting of payment in the university is presented. The introduction of the information system made it possible to reduce the number of violations of terms and conditions of payment, as well as to increase the steady flow of funds.
Automation of the creation of the schedule at the university: the mathematical model and methods of implementation
The construction of the schedule is the distribution of a discrete set of events in a given time interval, subject to the specified restrictions. The aim of the work is to describe a mathematical model of the automation of the scheduling process in an educational institution. Also the approaches to the compilation of the optimal schedule are considered. In the studied tasks a large amount of initial original information is used, which differs in its composition, and contains a large number of requirements that must be taken into account. Therefore, scheduling refers to the class of NP-complete integer programming problems, which implies that as the number of values of given variables increases, the complexity of the solution will grow exponentially. Note that the quality of the established lesson schedule directly affects the efficiency of the educational process of the university.
The article describes the process of forming the schedule of classes: at the first stage, you need to create an initial schedule based on the existing student contingent and teachers, audiences, as well as a number of additional restrictions; at the second stage, the initial schedule is optimized; at the third stage, it is allowed to adjust the received schedule by university staff.
