Ontological modeling as a means of integration data on substances and materials properties
Abstract:
We consider features of object domain “Substances and materials properties” treated as a testing area for development of ap-proaches to the integrity of science DB. Specific exam-ples illustrate capabilities of the ontological modeling for the semantic integration of numerical data. A gen-eral sketch of the ontology is proposed for thermody-namic data of pure compounds.

To the problem of heterogeneous data organization for the multi-frequency study of radiosources
Abstract:
Today the Virtual Observatory tools provide easy access to astronomical data and improve the efficiency of researches. Based on the existing web technologies the astronomical community is developing on realization greater data semantic connectivity. This will put the virtual observatory services to a new level of exchange of not only data but also knowledge. However, there is no development of tools for actualization information collected from web resource, and a means of organizing heterogeneous data prepared by the user for scientific analysis, which could improve further work. We consider the approach to organization of diverse information for a studying object, based on the development of the existing formats of astronomical data and tools to support semantic data connectivity.

The Third All-Russian Symposium "Infrastructure of scientific information resources and systems"
Abstract:
This article analyzes the work of the Third All-Russian Symposium "Infrastructure scientific information resources and systems", held in Sukhum, Abkhazia, 5-8 October 2013. The avalanche growth of electronic content required the development of new approaches to storage and continuous access to digital scientific data. Of particular interest are the current scientific tasks of creating spatial data infrastructures. Symposium traditionally discusses issues related to the integration of geographic information resources and free access to them, research e-Infrastructures to form a distributed scientific information resources, development of related directories and create a network of integrated, interoperable databases. The development of e-Science Infrastructures should be the basis of emerging systems for collective work of researchers based on a virtual integration of information and computing resources. The main focus of the Third Symposium were questions the use of modern approaches to technology development of information systems to the problems of informational support of scientific research.
