Abstract: The main aim of this paper is to improve the accessibility of Russian and Ukraine Satellite Remote Sensing data, generating satellite information resources, linking the information resources of Russia and Ukraine with the European eo/Porrtal (metadata/catalogue) system in order to provide interoperable catalogue access and ensuring that end users are involved, provide a single point of access to data.

Abstract: The paper deals with infrastructure that implements "ordering for processing" concept at Multiple Access Centre for Regional Satellite Monitoring of Environment FEB RAS. Functional requirements for th implementation are defined. Basic approaches and technical means are discussed, up-to-date results of the infrastructure implementation are presented, including Integration into Service Support Environment of ESA (European Space Agency).
