Development of the Information System for Registering the Result of Scientific Institution’ Employees Intellectual Activity

Svetlana Aleksandrovna Vlasova, Nikolay Evgenevich Kalenov
770-793
Abstract:

The article describes a Web-system developed by the authors that implements services related to the formation and provision of multifaceted information about the results of scientific activities (publications, copyright certificates and reports at scientific events) of employees of an organization or a group of organizations. The system is focused both on the end user interested in obtaining specific data, and on the administrative staff, who generates reporting materials for the parent organization. The information base of the system contains metadata on the following classes of objects: persons (authors), organizations and their subdivisions; publications at analytical, monographic and summary levels; copyright certificates; scientific events (conferences, symposia, seminars); reports. The system includes two modules – an administrative one (intended for entering and editing data) and a user one, which is a special search engine that searches for information, visualizes it, provides navigation among related resources and exports data. A distinctive feature of the system is the introduced concept of “equivalent” objects. Objects are considered equivalent if they are represented in the system by different metadata, but referring to the same physical entity. Such objects are “persons” corresponding to one author with different spellings of the surname in the bibliographic descriptions of publications; organizations with different variants of names; articles published unchanged in various languages. In accordance with modern requirements for reporting on publications, the system reflects the sources of research funding, as well as the affiliations indicated in the articles for each author.

Tactical Sorting of Managerial Tasks During Their Administration by Means of Priority, Specifications and Affiliations Labels

Felix Osvaldovich Kasparinsky
733-745
Abstract: The article analyzes the specifics of the functional programs for managing strategic, tactical and operational tasks. A technique for prefixing operational task names with tactical labels of Priorities, Specifications and Affiliations is proposed. Label abbreviations are formed in such a way as to ensure the correct prioritization when sorting tasks in alphabetical order. The quadrants of the D. Eisenhower Priorities matrix are indicated by two-letter marks: important urgently (IF – Important, Fast); important indefinitely (IS – Important, Slow); not important, but promptly (UF – Unimportant, Fast): neither important nor urgent (US – Unimportant, Slow). The labels of the Specifications matrix for the information environment (RA, RI, SA, SI) are composed of mutually exclusive properties of the availability of the Network (I – Internet and A – Autonomous) and the presence of reduced or special functionality (R – Reduced and S – Special). Labels of the transport specification (TA, TB, TC, TP) allow you to sort tasks that require moving (T – Translocation) on an airplane (A), a bus (B), a car (C) and on foot (P – Pedestrian), respectively. Three-letter marks of Affiliations (belonging to an individual or legal entity) are formed from the first letters of the name, middle name and last name or name of the laboratory, company, project. Tactical marks accelerate decision-making when forming a daily list of operational tasks.
Keywords: task, planning, management, priority, specification, affiliation, label, operational, tactical.

Sorting problem on graths in programming contests

Mihail Ivanovich Kinder, Andrei Kazantsev
384-391
Abstract: The problem of sorting data is analyzed, the order relation between which is described as the adjacency relation of vertices on an arbitrary graph. Subtasks and issues related to the ‘neighborhood‘ of the problem are highlighted; their solution is the level of ‘immersion‘ in the solution of the general problem. Algorithms for solving individual subtasks for graphs of a special kind are discussed, as well as various approaches to solving the sorting problem in the general case. A sorting task of this type was proposed at the ISI-Junior School Programming Cup in July 2019 (Innopolis).
Keywords: mathematical olympiads, programming contests, informatics olympiads, multilevel tasks in mathematics, multilevel tasks in informatics contests, sorting problem on graphs.

Abstract:

This article examines the technical challenges involved in transferring game scenes between various game engines. It analyzes the key issues arising from differences in scene formats, incompatibilities in rendering and physics APIs, as well as problems in converting materials, shaders, and animation data, and discrepancies in coordinate systems. Existing tools and methods, including automated solutions for exporting, converting, and importing data, are presented with a particular focus on migrating content from Unreal Engine to Unigine. Furthermore, the paper discusses fundamental approaches to solving the problem, such as the use of universal exchange formats (FBX, glTF, USD), the development of middleware, and the modular design of game scenes, which pave the way for future automation. The work also highlights our group’s research results on the formal description of game logic and approaches to porting VR applications across different libraries. The conclusions provide practical recommendations for developers and outline future research directions in the area of automated content transfer between game engines.
