Abstract:

The methodology of opening of the specialized electronic journal of Institute of professional development of energy industry is considered. Conditions of effective functioning of specialized journales are shown. Results of studying of activity of editions of competitors – other Institutes of professional development are presented. The target audience of the electronic scientific-practical magazine of Institute of professional development of energy industry, and also its features influencing this audience and its interest in the edition is analysed. Software products by means of which the electronic magazine is created are described.
