Tactical Sorting of Managerial Tasks During Their Administration by Means of Priority, Specifications and Affiliations Labels

Felix Osvaldovich Kasparinsky
733-745
Abstract: The article analyzes the specifics of the functional programs for managing strategic, tactical and operational tasks. A technique for prefixing operational task names with tactical labels of Priorities, Specifications and Affiliations is proposed. Label abbreviations are formed in such a way as to ensure the correct prioritization when sorting tasks in alphabetical order. The quadrants of the D. Eisenhower Priorities matrix are indicated by two-letter marks: important urgently (IF – Important, Fast); important indefinitely (IS – Important, Slow); not important, but promptly (UF – Unimportant, Fast): neither important nor urgent (US – Unimportant, Slow). The labels of the Specifications matrix for the information environment (RA, RI, SA, SI) are composed of mutually exclusive properties of the availability of the Network (I – Internet and A – Autonomous) and the presence of reduced or special functionality (R – Reduced and S – Special). Labels of the transport specification (TA, TB, TC, TP) allow you to sort tasks that require moving (T – Translocation) on an airplane (A), a bus (B), a car (C) and on foot (P – Pedestrian), respectively. Three-letter marks of Affiliations (belonging to an individual or legal entity) are formed from the first letters of the name, middle name and last name or name of the laboratory, company, project. Tactical marks accelerate decision-making when forming a daily list of operational tasks.
Keywords: task, planning, management, priority, specification, affiliation, label, operational, tactical.

Multitrading Analytical System

Felix Osvaldovich Kasparinsky
796-945
Abstract:

The multitrading analytical system is designed for operational, tactical and strategic forecasting of price changes of various financial instruments in the Forex market using the Metatrader 5 computer Internet terminal. In the Analytical windows of the terminal, a functional distribution of 17 indicators of technical analysis is organized into Sections of Price, Oscillations, Trends and Control. When setting up complex indicators of Price Equilibrium Level, Oscillation Distribution, Trend Potential and Oscillation Group Trend, a technique is used to connect trend indicators to oscillator data. Complex indicators unmask the stages of formation of elementary price oscillations and their groups (packets of 4 oscillations, blocks of 2 packages and modules of 4 blocks), and help establish the location of pivot points of price channels. For synchronous analysis of operational, tactical and strategic trends in price changes of one financial instrument, the Analytical Display combines six Analytical windows with a sequential increase in the time scale of interval charts (timeframes) by 4 times. Regulations have been developed for multiscale marking, design and use of Andrews pitchforks for forecasting long-term trends. Operational and tactical forecasts are visualized using multi-scale trend arrows in the Zone of Actual Oscillations. A technique is proposed for combining the tools of fundamental and technical analysis to determine the probability of the onset and relative significance of fundamental events that are not contained in the economic calendar.

104-120
Abstract:

Today, users of mobile applications in different areas leave a huge amount of digital footprint. The main types of digital footprints are text, photos, videos, audio, and current location. To assist the teacher in horizontal learning, a mobile application that collects all of the above types of digital footprint was developed as well as web application that analyzes it.

Keywords: cellular communication, mobile application, digital footprint, digital footprint collection, accounting, analysis.

Abstract:

The COVID-19 pandemic makes the problem of monitoring and analyzing the movement of people indoors more urgent in order to timely identify those who have been in contact with the sick and prevent further spread of the infection.

The article proposes one of the ways to solve this problem - the development of a system for determining and saving the history of the location of people inside the premises. The article also discusses methods, parameters and technologies that can be used to solve the problem of indoor localization.

Keywords: location, localization, indoor positioning system, indoor location, IPS.
